Old double hayrack (toplar) in Opale village near Žiri town was selected for demonstration project under ReWin project. Its wood will be used for the development and production of new wooden windows. Hayrack was successfully demolished, which will be followed by transportation of all wood to the location of M SORA Joinery in Žiri. Wood will be examined and evaluated. Part of wood will be used for laboratory analysis which will take part at Department of Wood Science and Technology at Biotechnical faculty of University of Ljubljana.
